As an Amazon Warehouse Supervisor in Houston, TX, you are responsible for the full performance of your shift. That means overseeing a team of associates and leads, hitting daily productivity targets, maintaining a safe work environment, and communicating clearly with senior operations management. You will handle performance feedback, work through workflow challenges in real time, and make sure your team has everything they need to succeed.

Amazon Supervisors are expected to lead by example — active on the floor, engaged with their team, and focused on both short-term output and the longer-term development of the people they manage.

Core supervisor responsibilities include:

  • Managing shift performance across multiple warehouse departments
