Assisting clients with their annuity products and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Ensuring client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving. Maintaining a deep understanding of annuity products and staying up-to-date with any changes or updates. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience. Identifying opportunities for improvement and providing feedback to the team and management. Utilizing strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. Maintaining accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in annuity products. Participating in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
