Northeast Psychological Wellness is seeking a New York State–licensed mental health clinician (LCSW, LMHC, etc.) to join our dynamic and growing group practice. This role involves providing virtual therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children, with the option to offer clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians and trainees. Positions are available on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible scheduling designed to support work–life balance.

Northeast Psychological Wellness is a collaborative group practice based in New York, with a team of 18 clinicians committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. We provide psychotherapy to a diverse client population through individual, couples, family, and group therapy. Our clinicians specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, PTSD, grief, eating disorders, ADHD, relationship stressors, identity issues, and behavioral challenges in children.

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic).
- Conduct intake evaluations with new clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our EHR.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Facilitate educational presentations during staff meetings.
- Provide clinical supervision to trainees (optional)
- Provide couples/family therapy (optional)
- Facilitate group therapy (optional)
Requirements
- Active New York State license (LCSW, LMHC, etc) - If you are licensed in a different state, we can help you get licensed in NY.
- Experience delivering evidence-based treatment.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Adaptability, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
