Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. A mortgage professional managing a team of loan officers is seeking a Business Support Virtual Assistant to help manage leads, maintain an organized CRM, conduct consistent follow-up, and schedule qualified appointments. The primary focus is providing personalized lead follow-up without overly aggressive outreach. The client receives purchased leads, referral opportunities, and prospects through multiple sources and needs a dependable VA to ensure these opportunities are properly organized, nurtured, and followed up with. Mortgage experience is strongly preferred; however, excellent English communication, phone presence, appointment-setting ability, and personality are the highest priorities. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setting Follow up with purchased, existing, and referral-generated leads Conduct professional phone, SMS, and email follow-up Qualify basic interest and schedule appointments with the client Reactivate older leads using client-provided messaging and relevant market updates Handle basic objections and maintain a conversational, personalized approach Track follow-ups and ensure qualified opportunities do not fall through the cracks CRM & Lead Management Maintain lead information, notes, statuses, and follow-up activities within GoHighLevel Organize CRM pipelines and incoming leads Track appointments and outstanding follow-up requirements Maintain accurate and current prospect records Support leads generated through the client’s existing systems and campaigns Referral & Business Support Assist with follow-up to referral and potential business partners Maintain organized partner and prospect information Support appointment coordination and calendar management Assist with additional lead-management and administrative responsibilities as assigned Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements: Previous appointment-setting or lead follow-up experience required Phone-based customer service, sales support, or lead nurturing experience required Mortgage industry experience strongly preferred GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred CRM and lead-management experience required Experience communicating with U.S.-based consumers strongly preferred Strong written and verbal English communication required Referral or partnership outreach experience is a plus IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Excellent spoken English with clear articulation Confident, personable, and professional on the phone Strong appointment-setting and follow-up ability Able to build rapport rather than rely on overly aggressive outreach Organized and comfortable managing multiple leads Proactive with strong follow-through Comfortable working independently within established processes APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE / REQUIRED GoHighLevel (GHL) – Strongly Preferred CRM / Lead Management Platforms Phone / VoIP Systems Email & SMS Calendar / Appointment Scheduling Platforms Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Work Schedule Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing) Daily Working Time: TBD EST Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above.
