About The Role The Customer Service Representative - Remote (Travel Enthusiast, Bilingual: English / French) is a vital member of our remote support team at Concentrix. This role involves working from home to interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as via internet channels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at delivering outstanding service and support to clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support to customers by following established call flow guides in their preferred language, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Promoting and selling travel-related products such as hotel bookings, flights, car rentals, and additional travel services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Documenting customer interactions accurately in the company’s databases and extracting relevant information for reporting and analysis.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services that meet customer needs.
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience by demonstrating empathy, patience, and enthusiasm during all interactions.
