MarathonFoto is a leading sports photography company based in the United States. We capture unforgettable moments for athletes at some of the world's most prestigious marathons, including events in Boston, Chicago, and New York.

Seasonal Customer Service Opportunity- 1 week in October and 1 week in November.

We are currently seeking several talented and customer-focused agents to join our Customer Service Team during our busy fall marathon season. This is a short-term, fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to support athletes from around the world.

Work Schedule

October: October 12th–17th (approximately 15–25 hours)

November: November 2nd–7th (approximately 15–25 hours)

•Monday through Friday (weekend availability is optional)

• Work at your preferred time of day

• Estimated hours are based on last year's ticket volumes and may vary depending on customer demand. Actual hours worked may be lower or higher than estimated.

Training will be conducted via Zoom and is mandatory.

Preferred dates:

• September 25th (2 hours)

• October 2nd (2 hours)

Sessions will be held in the morning (CT/ET).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally using Freshdesk.

• Assist customers with existing orders, photo galleries, photo assignments, and new purchases.

• Navigate multiple systems and technologies to gather information and resolve customer inquiries.

• Accurately document customer interactions and actions taken.

• Maintain flexibility to support varying ticket volumes throughout the event periods.

Requirements

• Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.

• Availability to attend and complete all required training sessions.

• Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Experience with CRM or customer support software is a plus.

• Ability to manage changing priorities and organize workload efficiently.

Compensation

$20 USD per hour
