High-Ticket Closer – Remote Role for Top Performers

Location: 100% Remote Work from home — no commute, no office
  • Schedule: Evenings & Weekends (detailed rotation below)
Job Type: Full-Time W-2 Employee
Base Pay: $36,000 / year + Full Benefits (see below)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $129,000 + Uncapped Commission
Company: The Investor’s Edge

This Position Won't Be Open Long

Here's why: we're hiring ONE Sales Director for our evening/weekend team, and when we post sales roles, we get hundreds of applicants.

But most won't qualify.

We need someone who:
✅ Has 2+ years of proven B2C high-ticket phone sales experience
✅ Is currently closing deals over the phone (not transitioning from another field)
✅ Has closed programs worth $3K+ consistently
✅ Knows their way around CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
✅ Has employment stability (3 jobs or fewer in the past 5 years)

If that's you, here's what's waiting:

100% remote position—work from anywhere
$36K guaranteed base + uncapped commissions
Current team average: $100K-$150K+ annually
Top performers: $129K+
Structured rotating schedule (you'll know your days off weeks in advance)
❤️ Full benefits: health stipend, company-paid vision/dental/life, 401(k) match, mental health support
Pre-qualified leads: pre-set appointments + live transfers (no cold calling)

The Company:
The Investor's Edge—20 years in business, 2x Inc. 5000, Top Workplace winner

The Role:
Close high-ticket real estate investment programs during evenings and weekends when our leads are hottest

Hours:

Your Schedule (MST):

  • Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
  • You’ll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.

You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.

When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.

The Reality: This is one of the few sales roles where the earning claims are actually conservative. Our Directors consistently hit six figures. The schedule works. The leads are real. The opportunity is legitimate.

But it won't be available for long.

We're reviewing applications now and will move quickly with qualified candidates.

If you're a proven closer looking for your next six-figure opportunity, apply immediately.

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
