Position Overview

Are you a seasoned customer service professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment? Arenaflex is seeking an Immediate Start Overnight Customer Service Representative to join a prominent local client for a 12‑month temporary assignment. This role is designed for individuals who excel at problem‑solving, multitasking, and delivering outstanding support during late‑night hours. After completing in‑person, daytime training, you will transition to a fully remote position, enjoying the flexibility of working from home while maintaining the same high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle emergency outages and critical incidents for the client’s customer base during the 10:00 pm – 6:00 am shift.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Document all interactions in the client’s ticketing system, ensuring compliance with SLA requirements.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams while maintaining clear communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, billing) to resolve incidents and improve service quality.
  • Participate in daily stand‑ups and post‑shift debriefs to share insights and best practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s products, services, and support processes.
  • Adhere to data privacy and security policies while handling sensitive customer information.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and knowledge base updates.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred.
  • 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in a technical or outage‑response environment.
  • Proficient in reputed company Excel and Word; comfortable navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 wpm and the ability to speak clearly on the phone while typing.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Must be able to complete in‑person training during regular business hours before transitioning to the night shift.
  • Must reside in Oahu at the time of hire and be available for immediate interview.
