Key Account Manager (Remote)

About the position

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with the company’s most important clients. This role will be responsible for acquiring new key accounts, developing existing client relationships, and ensuring long-term, sustainable partnerships. The ideal candidate will understand clients’ business needs, strategies, and requirements and will proactively identify opportunities to offer the company’s solutions. The role will focus on building strong relationships with strategic accounts, developing new business opportunities, and successfully closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new clients.
  • Ensure long-term and sustainable client relationships for MSL.
  • Visit both existing and prospective clients.
  • Generate new sales opportunities and projects with current and new customers.
  • Develop new projects together with clients.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Request special pricing from manufacturers and wholesalers.
  • Submit purchase orders to wholesalers or manufacturers.
  • Manage invoicing and delivery of purchase orders and signed contracts with clients.
  • Request checks and coordinate payment-related activities.
  • Conduct evaluations of assigned critical suppliers.
  • Deliver weekly reports.
  • Request insurance policies.
  • Submit billing documentation and insurance support documentation to the Finance team.
