The NFL Media Group is seeking a versatile Associate Producer/Editor to play a big role in the production of video and audio for various digital media platforms. A successful candidate will be adept in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and edit with creativity and speed, have technical experience working in video and audio production, and have a detailed knowledge of football. Success in this role is reliant on being a self‑starter, a creative thinker, and displaying technical and editorial skillset in creating digital content.Please submit a reel or link with examples of your work to be considered.ResponsibilitiesAssist in day‑to‑day production needs of NFL MediaEdit high‑end video material including player highlight packages, podcasts, creative features, long‑form shows and social clipsEdit audio podcasts and publish shows to audio hosting platformWork with producers and researchers to create, proof and run live on‑screen graphics including breaking news, current NFL topics and stats related to show contentExperience operating vMix Live Video Streaming SoftwareEnsure content meets NFL Media’s high‑quality editorial standardsFormulate and pitch ideas for show elements (edited pieces and/or specialty graphics) as well as segment topics in production meetingsAdhere to established production schedule to meet deadlinesIdentify ways to improve the production processMust be able to multitask and balance multiple/shifting prioritiesRequired QualificationsAt least 3–5 years’ experience in related fieldStrong NFL knowledge (present day & historical)Demonstrate knowledge and ability with live studio‑related production technologies, multi‑platform workflows and equipmentStrong editorial judgement and attention to detail/organizational skillsAbility to decipher the most important and up‑to‑date information for all NFL storiesStrong understanding of workflows in control rooms and edit environmentsExperience with vMix or other cloud‑based production toolsExperience with video encoding platforms and toolsFluency with Adobe Creative Cloud SuitePhysical DemandsCarrying or pushing small equipment is possibleTerms / Expected Hours of WorkSeasonal, 40 hours or less/weekFlexible schedule is a must including weekends, holidays, and late nightsSalary / Pay Range$30 – $31 USD per hourThis job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified.
