Job Description:

  • Lead high-impact operational programs for Dealer Services
  • Translate dealer strategy and quarterly goals into clear operating plans
  • Optimize CRM, call tracking, lead routing, and workflow tools
  • Build and maintain reporting and analytics for key dealer metrics
  • Coordinate and lead initiatives across Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Operations

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in operations, revenue/sales operations, program management, or business operations in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated strength in project and program management
  • Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions
  • Proficiency with CRM software and efficiency tools
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
