Pallet Repair Associate

We are currently hiring Pallet Repair Associates for immediate openings! This is a hands-on warehouse position repairing and inspecting wooden pallets using power and manual tools.


Pay: $18.00 per hour
Start: ASAP


Job Duties

  • Inspect wooden pallets for damage and defects
  • Repair damaged pallets according to required specifications
  • Remove and replace broken or damaged boards
  • Use power and manual tools to complete pallet repairs
  • Perform repetitive, hands-on physical work throughout the shift
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures and production requirements

  • Reciprocating saw
  • Nail gun
  • Grinder
  • Hammer
  • Crowbar
  • Retractable blade / utility knife


Requirements

  • Comfortable using power and hand tools
  • Previous experience using tools in a warehouse, construction, pallet repair, woodworking, or similar environment is preferred
  • Comfortable performing repetitive and physical work
  • Dependable with good attendance
  • Able to follow instructions and repair specifications
  • Safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced environment


Dress Code

Warehouse-appropriate clothing is required. Steel-toe boots are not required, but work boots are preferred.
