Position Description: Part-Time Remote Appointment Setter (Mon–Thu, Mornings)Sep 22, 2026 ·Gro365 is hiring a part-time Appointment Setter to conduct telephone marketing surveys with owners, general managers and sales managers in the material handling, agriculture, construction and sales industries. The role pays $18.50 per hour, rising to $19.00 after 90 days if KPIs are met, for 20 hours a week — Monday through Thursday, finished by 2:00 PM Mountain Time.Schedule and payStarting pay$18.50 per hourAfter 90 days$19.00 per hour, if KPIs are metHours5 hours per day, Monday through Thursday (20 hours per week)Finish timeAll work and reports submitted by 2:00 PM Mountain TimeLocationFully remote, from your own home officeA typical day is three 65-minute dial periods, each followed by a paid 10-minute break, then a final 60-minute dial period and 15 minutes to wrap up and send reports.What you'll do• Make outbound calls to our clients' current customers and prospects, conducting marketing surveys with owners, general managers and sales managers.• Enter the information you gather accurately into the Marketing & Sales Database, and keep it matched to your Activity Report.• Prepare and email Lead and Information Request Reports daily, submitting urgent and priority leads immediately.• Prepare and email Activity Reports daily, accounting for every call made.• Compress the database with WinZip and submit it to the correct personnel each day.• Read and act on your Key Performance Indicators, and work with your supervisor to improve results where needed.• Attend monthly project and team meetings by phone or video, and check email frequently throughout your shift.You will work with a softphone, RingCentral and email, and you'll have a supervisor to ask for help when lead results or contact percentages fall short.What you'll need to supplyThis role is worked from your own home office, so you will need to have or be able to provide:• A dedicated work computer running Windows 11, which you can replace or upgrade every 3 to 5 years.• An Office 365 subscription (monthly or yearly) and a printer with ink.• High-speed internet with an upload speed of at least 5.0 Mbps.• A quiet, dedicated workspace with no background noise or distractions during dial periods — no doorbells, ringing phones, animals, children, televisions or radios.We verify the workspace with a brief annual webcam inspection of your work area.Who we're looking for• A high school diploma or equivalent.• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, including sending and receiving email with attachments.• Strong verbal and written communication, including grammar and punctuation.• Detail-oriented, self-disciplined and self-motivated, able to work a full shift without constant supervision.• Comfortable following directions and working to a defined standard.Previous phone survey, appointment setting or B2B calling experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.This role is measured on a 100% call rate, and calls are reviewed through regular audits by your supervisor or a member of management.
