Personal Travel Planner — Remote

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Personal Travel Planner to assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating personalized vacations.

This is a remote opportunity for individuals who enjoy travel, organization, research, and providing excellent customer service. Personal Travel Planners work directly with clients to understand their travel preferences and help coordinate vacations that fit their needs, interests, and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets

  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, transportation, and vacation packages

  • Compare available travel options and provide appropriate recommendations

  • Assist clients with travel reservations and booking coordination

  • Prepare organized itineraries and reservation information

  • Communicate important travel details, policies, and supplier information

  • Provide professional client support before, during, and after travel

  • Maintain accurate client and reservation records

  • Stay informed about destinations, supplier offerings, promotions, and travel requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

  • Customer-service-oriented and comfortable working directly with clients

  • Comfortable using email, online research tools, and web-based platforms

  • Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet access

  • Interest in travel, hospitality, or vacation planning

Previous experience in travel, hospitality, reservations, or customer service is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing professional development are provided.
