Principal PM, Strategy & Operations, Talent Acquisition-Tech

<strong>Description<br><br></strong>Amazon's Talent Acquisition Technology (TA Tech) organization builds the products and services that power how Amazon hires. We're a large-scale product and engineering org within People eXperience and Technology (PXT), and we're looking for a Principal PM to define and drive how TA Tech operates at scale.<br><br>You'll set the vision for TA Tech's operating model, owning Rhythm of the Business, driving strategic special projects, and influencing org-wide priorities. This role requires navigating significant ambiguity, making high judgment calls on competing priorities, and presenting directly to senior leadership. You'll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, and PXT leadership, turning strategy into execution cadences that drive organizational impact.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Define and own TA Tech's operating model and Rhythm of the Business: goal setting, MBR/QBR cadences, and executive reporting</li><li> Set the strategy for how the org tracks progress, measures impact, and makes decisions at scale</li><li> Lead org-wide change management, building consensus across product, TPM, and engineering stakeholders</li><li> Own inputs into OP1/OP2 and prepare strategic narratives for senior leadership</li><li> Identify and remove bottlenecks across the org, creating scalable mechanisms and force multiplying across teams</li><li> Drive cross-org special projects from ambiguous problem statement to structured execution<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 7+ years of HR or business function experience</li><li> Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or Development, business, or similar related discipline<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience in talent acquisition technology, HR technology, or people systems/platforms</li><li> Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership<br><br></li></ul>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.<br><br>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
