Your responsibilities will include: - Providing remote technical support to team members, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. - Assisting with system updates, installations, and configurations to keep our operations running seamlessly. - Documenting technical issues and solutions to improve future support processes. - Collaborating with team members to identify and address recurring technical challenges. - Responding promptly to technical inquiries to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
