As a Remote Night Shift Data Entry Specialist, you will be the guardian of our ingredient and SKU data across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, validate, and maintain new culinary and supplier SKUs in arenaflex’s proprietary SPS/Octopus tool, following strict Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure data completeness and accuracy across all platforms, reputed company flagging and resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Procurement & Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams to reconcile data, support forecasting, ordering, and shipping processes.
  • Communicate regularly with cross‑functional stakeholders—including Product Ops, SQOC, and Jira/Rhubarb teams—to share reputed company, raise concerns, and propose process improvements.
  • Deactivate or offboard SKUs that are no longer needed, coordinating with relevant functions to maintain data hygiene.
  • Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks such as updating Excel tables, generating reports, and creating dashboards as required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all data, upholding arenaflex’s commitment to data security and integrity.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational, purchasing, or data‑management roles.
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company Suite, including advanced Excel skills (reputed company tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional European languages (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian) is a plus.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
