Role Overview As a Senior E‑Commerce Virtual Assistant, you will be the linchpin that keeps our clients’ digital storefronts running smoothly and profitably. You will own the digital shelf across multiple marketplaces, ensuring that every product listing is optimized, compliant, and aligned with brand strategy. Key Responsibilities Every day, you’ll tackle a mix of tactical execution and strategic analysis. Your responsibilities will include Owning the Digital Shelf Craft and execute differentiated product strategies across DTC, Amazon, Shopify, and other retail marketplaces. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and pricing. Marketplace Mastery Manage and optimize product listings on brighthush’s client sites, including the flagship brighthush.com and Amazon. Ensure that every detail—images, titles, bullet points, SKUs, and pricing—aligns with brand guidelines and SEO best practices. Seamless Customer Journeys Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across all e‑commerce channels. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges with precision, following established protocols to maintain high customer satisfaction. Data‑Backed Growth Generate weekly sales and performance reports using tools such as GoParrot, Square, and Amazon Seller Central. Track inventory levels, flag low‑stock items, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations for inventory replenishment and promotional tactics. Process Optimization Identify bottlenecks in listing workflows, order fulfillment, and customer service. Propose and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and fulfillment teams to align product launches, promotions, and inventory plans.
