[Remote] Sr. Adobe Analytics Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a senior technical specialist to support the migration of marketing automation capabilities from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Adobe Campaign Classic v7. The role focuses on designing, developing, integrating, testing, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Adobe Campaign solutions, including workflows, data models, campaigns, personalization, SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and enterprise integrations.


Responsibilities

  • Adobe Campaign Classic v7 Development
  • Design and develop marketing campaigns and automated processes using Adobe Campaign Classic v7
  • Create and configure: Workflows; Campaigns; Deliveries; Delivery templates; Typology rules; Target mappings; Scheduling and recurring campaigns; Personalization and dynamic content
  • Develop and maintain custom ACC schemas, tables, enumerations, folders, and data structures
  • Configure targeting and segmentation workflows for email, SMS, push, and other marketing channels
  • Develop complex workflows using activities such as: Query; Enrichment; Split; Deduplication; Intersection; Union; Scheduler; JavaScript; Data loading/export; Delivery; File transfer
  • Develop custom business logic using Adobe Campaign JavaScript
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for campaign targeting, segmentation, and data processing
  • SFMC → Adobe Campaign Migration
  • Analyze existing SFMC capabilities and translate them into equivalent ACC v7 solutions
  • Assess and migrate: SFMC Data Extensions; Data models; SQL queries; Automation Studio processes; Journey Builder journeys; Email templates; AMPscript/personalization logic; Segmentation logic; Scheduled automations; Campaign business rules
  • Map SFMC functionality to ACC v7 workflows, schemas, deliveries, and targeting mechanisms
  • Identify functionality requiring redesign rather than direct migration
  • Support data mapping, reconciliation, validation, and migration testing
  • Document migration dependencies, gaps, and technical design decisions
  • Integrations
  • Develop and support integrations between Adobe Campaign and enterprise systems, including: Customer/CRM platforms; Data warehouses and data lakes; CDP platforms; APIs and web services; SFTP/file-based integrations; Identity/customer data platforms; Email service providers; SMS/mobile providers; Reporting and analytics platforms
  • Campaign Operations
  • Configure and troubleshoot campaign execution and delivery processes
  • Monitor campaign workflows and resolve production issues
  • Troubleshoot delivery failures, workflow failures, data issues, and integration problems
  • Support campaign scheduling and execution
  • Perform root-cause analysis for production incidents
  • Support deployment across development, QA, and production environments
  • Participate in release management and production implementation activities
  • Testing & Quality
  • Develop unit and integration test scenarios
  • Validate campaign targeting and audience counts
  • Perform end-to-end campaign testing
  • Validate personalization and dynamic content
  • Perform data reconciliation between source systems and Adobe Campaign
  • Support UAT and production validation
  • Ensure campaigns meet functional, performance, and data-quality requirements
  • Analyze → Design → Develop → Test → Deploy → Troubleshoot → Support Adobe Campaign solutions
  • Understand the existing SFMC campaign and data architecture
  • Translate SFMC campaigns and automations into ACC v7 designs
  • Independently build ACC workflows and campaign components
  • Develop and troubleshoot ACC JavaScript and SQL
  • Support data and system integrations
  • Execute end-to-end campaign testing
  • Deploy and support campaigns in production
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the existing SFMC-to-ACC migration design

Skills

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic v7
  • Strong experience developing Adobe Campaign workflows
  • Strong knowledge of ACC schemas and data modeling
  • Experience developing Adobe Campaign JavaScript
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with campaign targeting and segmentation
  • Experience configuring and deploying email campaigns
  • Experience with personalization and dynamic content
  • Experience troubleshooting production workflows
  • Experience with data imports/exports and file-based integrations
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services
  • Experience working with XML/JSON
  • Experience with SFTP and batch processing
  • Experience across SDLC: development, testing, deployment, and production support
  • SFMC experience, particularly:
  • Automation Studio
  • Journey Builder
  • Email Studio
  • Contact Builder
  • Data Extensions
  • AMPscript
  • Experience translating AMPscript into Adobe Campaign personalization/JavaScript
  • Experience migrating SFMC SQL/segmentation logic into ACC workflows
  • Experience integrating ACC with CRM/CDP/data platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics / Adobe Experience Platform
  • Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment processes
  • Experience supporting high-volume enterprise marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience will be considered
  • Overall IT experience: 10+ years
  • Adobe Campaign Classic : 3+ years
  • SQL: 3+ years
  • Enterprise integrations: 3+ years
  • Experience migrating from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, XML/JSON, SFTP, and batch interfaces is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • SFMC: 2+ years preferred
