Our team is looking to hire a new Technician. This is a fully remote position where you will be the first point of contact for home users experiencing computer issues Who we are We are a support provider that offers technical assistance directly to home users across the country. We help people solve their everyday tech problems with patience and clear communication What you will do: Answer inbound calls from customers needing technical help Initiate and manage remote desktop sessions to directly access user computers Provide step by step troubleshooting over the phone for common issues Guide non technical users through solutions with clear and friendly instructions Document issues and the steps taken to resolve them What you need to have: Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems Strong knowledge of macOS Excellent verbal communication skills The ability to explain technical concepts in simple easy to understand terms Patience and a customer focused attitude A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for taking calls Schedule and Pay: This is a full time contract requiring 40 to 50 hours of availability per week Shifts are scheduled Monday through Saturday Specific hours will be discussed during the interview The pay rate is $25 per hour Training We provide fully paid training. You will receive all the necessary instruction and resources before you start taking live calls. This training will prepare you for our systems and the types of issues you will encounter.
