Position Brief: Peak Season Logistics Mercenary

The period between Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve represents the absolute pinnacle of global retail. To successfully process and deliver the monumental surge of holiday orders, our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) require immediate, high-impact reinforcements. We are actively deploying Seasonal Delivery Associates to conquer the holiday volume. This is a highly lucrative, short-term, extreme-hustle contract. Core Operational Directives

Your objective is blunt and highly focused: safely execute extremely dense, high-volume delivery routes during the busiest 6 to 12 weeks of the calendar year. You will pilot a company-provided commercial transit van to ensure every holiday gift reaches its destination before the deadline.

  • Maximum-Volume Route Execution: Navigate optimized digital routes that are significantly denser than standard operations. You will deliver hundreds of packages daily, maximizing every minute of your 10-hour shift to clear the holiday backlog.
  • Winter Environmental Driving: Safely operate a commercial delivery van in potentially adverse winter weather conditions. You must demonstrate extreme defensive driving skills, mastering braking and cornering on roads impacted by rain, sleet, or snow.
  • Relentless Freight Handling: The holidays require moving heavy, oversized gift boxes. You will manually lift, load, and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly, navigating icy walkways and crowded residential porches.
  • Safety & Quality Preservation: Despite the intense operational speed, you must never compromise on strict Amazon safety telematics (monitoring speed and braking) or delivery quality protocols (hiding packages from "porch pirates" and capturing photo evidence).
