This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Europe, European Union, EMEA, Romania

Company Description

Accesa is a leading technology company headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, with offices in Oradea and 20 years of experience in turning business challenges into opportunities and growth.

A value-driven organisation, it has established itself as a partner of choice for major brands in Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, and Banking. It covers the complete digital evolution journey of its customers, from ideation and requirements setup to software development and managed services solutions.

With more than 1,200 IT professionals, Accesa also has a fast-growing footprint, establishing itself as an employer of choice for IT professionals who are passionate about problem-solving through technology. Coming together in strong tech teams with a customer-centric approach, they enable businesses to grow, delivering value for our clients, partners, industry, and community.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Tailor client solutions: Conduct research, assessments, and recommend efficient and robust software solutions tailored to client needs
  • Deliver high-quality code: Ensure the delivery of high-quality code that meets requirements, with a focus on performance
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: You will proactively identify areas for improvement in existing programs and lead refactoring efforts
  • Team collaboration: Collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, team managers, and clients
  • Provide client consultancy: Offer technical consultancy services to clients to ensure solutions meet their requirements
  • Nurture Knowledge: Mentor colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge

Qualifications

Must Have:

Tech Stack:

  • Strong experience with Vue.js 3 (Composition API) for building user interfaces on Zebra handheld touch-screen devices.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript to ensure long-term maintainability and code quality.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and HTTP client integrations for seamless frontend-backend communication.
  • Expertise in responsive and touch-optimized UI development, with a focus on usability in operational environments and on devices with constrained screen sizes.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git, Atlassian tools, or equivalent collaboration platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills, including performance analysis and optimization.
  • Regular use of AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, support decision-making, and improve the quality of delivered solutions.

Soft Skills:

  • Attention to UX under operational constraints — cashiers work under time pressure; the interface must be self-explanatory and fault-tolerant
  • Willingness to work close to hardware — not a typical browser environment
  • Effective communication skills for both team collaboration and client interaction
  • Ability to adapt strategies and work methods to specific project contexts
  • Experience analyzing project requirements and delivering reliable solutions for different components

Nice to Have:

  • Offline / degraded-mode UX; handheld may lose connectivity; UI should handle gracefully
  • Android WebView or hybrid app experience
  • Testing (Vitest / Cypress)
  • Knowledge of frameworks and adjacent technologies used in projects (NodeJS, Docker, etc.)
  • Willingness and experience in developing colleagues with lower seniority, fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Application lifecycle and CI/CD knowledge
  • Security and UI/UX experience

As a people-first organisation, we believe diversity strengthens our teams and drives innovation. All employment decisions are based on merit, skills, and performance, without discriminating based on any personal characteristic. This reinforces our commitment to providing an inclusive and respectful workplace.

Additional Information

At Accesa you can

Enjoy our holistic benefits program that covers the four pillars that we believe come together to support our wellbeing, covering social, physical, emotional wellbeing, as well as work-life fusion.

  • Physical Wellbeing: Our wellbeing program includes medical benefits, gym support, and personalised fitness options for an active lifestyle, complemented by team events and the Healthy Habits Club.
  • Work-Life Fusion: In very dynamic industries such as IT, the line between our professional and personal lives can quickly become blurred. Having a one-size-fits-one approach gives us the flexibility to define the work-life dynamic that works for us.
  • Emotional Wellbeing: We believe that to maintain our overall health, we need to invest in our mental wellbeing just as much as we do in our physical health, social connections or in achieving work-life balance.
  • Social Wellbeing: As a growing community in a hybrid environment, we want to ensure we remain connected not just by the great work we do every day but through our passions and interests.

Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

4. WHAT DO YOU NEED IN YOUR PHYSICAL WORKSPACE TO SUCCEED IN YOUR WORK?

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

The day I watched Marie Forleo's film separating the important from the urgent, my life changed. Not all remote jobs start fast, but most of them are...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
