This role leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks, processes, and insights, partnering closely with HR and business leaders. The position has a broad enterprise impact, helping translate strategy into measurable outcomes while supporting a high‑performance culture within a global MedTech organization.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Lead and evolve talent assessment and performance management strategy and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards. </li><li>Oversee annual performance cycles, goal‑setting frameworks, calibration activities, and performance outcomes. </li><li>Partner with HR and business leaders to embed performance expectations, accountability, and development planning. </li><li>Analyze performance data, trends, and insights to inform leadership decisions and continuous improvement. </li><li>Lead change management and communications related to performance programs and enhancements. </li><li>Ensure performance processes are fair, consistent, and compliant with internal policies and governance requirements. </li><li>Manage, coach, and develop team members supporting performance programs and analytics. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen performance culture and employee experience. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Where Required To Be Managed Locally<br><br></strong><ul><li>Document handling: Print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures. </li><li>Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva. </li><li>Compliance/admin: Upload/submit filings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><em>Education:<br><br></em><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. </li><li>Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced degree preferred. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Required<br><br></strong><em>Experience and Skills:<br><br></em><ul><li>Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in performance management, talent management, HR strategy, or a related discipline. </li><li>Demonstrated experience leading enterprise‑wide performance programs. </li><li>Strong ability to translate strategy into scalable processes and measurable outcomes. </li><li>Proven people‑leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities. </li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive decisions and improvements. </li><li>Excellent communication and change‑management skills. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in a regulated industry such as MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare. </li><li>Experience working in a global, matrixed organization. </li><li>Exposure to talent, rewards, or succession‑planning integration with performance frameworks. </li><li>Experience leading transformation or large‑scale HR initiatives. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Other<br><br></strong><ul><li>Language: English proficiency required. </li><li>Travel: Up to 20%, primarily domestic with limited international travel. </li><li>Certifications: HR, talent management, or organizational development certifications preferred but not required. <br><br></li></ul>For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
