Role Description

This is a remote, full-time role as a Travel Agent.

The Travel

Agent will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer requests, coordinating travel bookings, assisting with reservations, arranging car rentals, and providing outstanding customer service. Additionally, the Travel Agent will collaborate with clients to create tailored travel plans, ensuring a seamless booking experience while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Reservations and Travel Arrangements

  • Strong background in Customer Service and Sales

  • Knowledge of Car Rental processes and policies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency with travel booking software or systems

  • Ability to work independently in a remote role

  • Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
