  • Connecting with individuals and families interested in insurance coverage
  • Following up with leads
  • Conducting virtual or phone-based appointments
  • Learning about each client’s needs and financial goals
  • Explaining available coverage options
  • Helping clients complete insurance applications
  • Maintaining professional follow-up and client communication
  • Completing ongoing training and development
