Manufacturing Group Leader

Oversee Production Process: The Manufacturing Group Leader will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Lead and Manage a Team: This role requires the ability to effectively lead and manage a team of employees to achieve operational goals. This includes providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members. Set and Achieve Operational Goals: The Manufacturing Group Leader will be responsible for setting and achieving operational goals, such as production targets, quality standards, and cost reduction targets. Ensure Compliance and Safety: It is the responsibility of the Manufacturing Group Leader to ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Problem-Solving: This role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process. Monitor and Improve Processes: The Manufacturing Group Leader will be responsible for monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with Other Departments: This role requires collaborating with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure the smooth operation of the production process. Train and Develop Team Members: The Manufacturing Group Leader will be responsible for training and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Analyze Data and Report on Performance: This role involves analyzing production data and reporting on performance to management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
