Beyond Catering is seeking a Rainbow Cone assistant general manager in Chicago to work closely with the general manager to reach store goals. The candidate should be driven, self-motivated, and uphold our hospitality standards while promoting a safe, fun environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead hourly staff are essential. Responsibilities include training, inventory, community outreach, venue upkeep, health compliance, and supporting GM with reports and operations.
