In this pivotal role, you will lead deals with fixed income clients interested in various tax credits, including federal transfer tax credits, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credits (HTC), New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC), and state tax credits. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with the sales team, tax credits team, and fixed income strategies team to enhance the tax credit desk.Your responsibilities will include coordinating with a diverse range of industry players to source tax credit inventory and serving as a trusted market advisor throughout the transaction process. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in federal renewable energy tax credits and familiarity with LIHTC, HTC, NMTC, and state transferable tax credits.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, presentation, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, and candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, along with professional designations. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with experience using AI tools and platforms. Familiarity with Bloomberg is a plus.
