In this pivotal role, you will lead deals with fixed income clients interested in various tax credits, including federal transfer tax credits, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credits (HTC), New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC), and state tax credits. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with the sales team, tax credits team, and fixed income strategies team to enhance the tax credit desk.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include coordinating with a diverse range of industry players to source tax credit inventory and serving as a trusted market advisor throughout the transaction process. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in federal renewable energy tax credits and familiarity with LIHTC, HTC, NMTC, and state transferable tax credits.</p><p>The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, presentation, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, and candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, along with professional designations. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with experience using AI tools and platforms. Familiarity with Bloomberg is a plus.
